NEVER STAY HERE. Not only is this hotel dirty, the staff is rude, condescending and absolutely nasty. Checked in for a work trip and went up to the room where we found mold in the shower. When I turned on the sink to wash my face the water came out yellow. My coworker and I expressed our concerns to the front desk and asked for a new room or a refund. The woman working the counter, Leslie, answered her cell phone and told us to wait a minute before helping us so she could talk to her friend. She then refused to address our situation. She stuck her hand in my face numerous times, cut me off and essentially told me that we could just be without water so we should be pleased with what we have! Apparently there was a water main break that they neglected to tell us about at check in. Needless to say we promptly cancelled our reservation and will be staying at a different hotel. Never again will I give my money to ANY choice hotel specifically because of my terrible experience with how this situation was handled. I work in customer service and 100% understand that this issue was not her fault but the way she handled the situation put such a bad taste in my mouth that I recommend that you don’t waste your time and pay the extra few bucks to stay at different place with better customer service, clean rooms and water that you won’t contract lead poisoning from. Great hotel, definitely my favorite hotel in Cleveland.Excellent customer service with super friendly yet incredibly professional staff. Cannot wait to experience how Lit it will once Covid is over.

This is a quite hotel. I haven't ordered a meal from here, however I appreciate the dish and silverware they are able to loan out to guests. The room itself is cleaned and sanitized well just like it was last time. You can plug your laptop into the TV. This isn't my first time coming back and I would come back again.

This chain hotel is very good, the facilities are good, the bedding is comfortable, the service is very professional and welcoming, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel location is also very good, the parking is very convenient, I like it very much!

Literally perfect. For the same exact price you can't beat the features and luxurious feel of Home2 Suites. (by Hilton-Cleveland Beachwood)Pros:- The bed was unbelievably comfortable.The rooms are incredibly spacious and have a very modern/luxe feel to them! (Can't stress enough how there truly isn't anything even comparable or as niceas this place... *& I have been to a LOT of hotels as I travel for my career.)- Rooms are sealed every day after a (clearly very thorough) sanitization/cleaning process.- Staff was very welcoming at the front desk, as was the housekeeper on the fourth floor, every day;they all had a smile on their face and actually engaged in more than the benign platitudes of business culture...Cons:I can't buy a king suite as an apartment and live here.I want to live here but this is a hotel, not an apartment..I have to go home and leave this fantastical-cozy-cute-beautifully-blissful place.

I found this hotel to be an incredibly good value. I don't know what the normal rate is as I stayed here in April 2020 during the pandemic. The room was a queen suite that was set up excellent. The bed and bath area are out of the way compared to the rest of the room so space use is extremely efficient. The decor was very nice with carpeted floors and some tasteful artwork on the walls. There was high quality rich looking desk in the room and also a small comfortable sofa. The staff was very pleasant as well. With no access to the restaurant and workout area, I could not take advantage of all the facilities . I forgot to mention the free laundry room as well. I recommend this place very highly.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. See my review from June 2021. Same comments are relevant today. Only two issues this time, both related to Hilton Honors program. At check-in I had to ask for bottles of water (Gold member), which just should have automatically been handed to us at the time. Secondly, the Daily Food and Beverage credit was not applied to the account for breakfast. At check out the person at the front desk attempted to credit the account but the credit did not appear on my statement. Called when we returned from our trip and they said it should appear in a few days, still waiting at this point in time.
