About Us

Our clinic is located at 162 Legacy Oaks Drive in Knightdale, near Highway 64 and I-540. Our office is convenient to Northeast Raleigh, Wendell and eastern Wake County.

Preparing For Your Visit

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Patients should bring a copy a photo ID, a copy of their insurance card and current medications that they are taking. Patients should also arrive 15 minutes before their appointment for registration.
