I have experienced rude office staff, the up keep of Lindy's property nasty with smelly trash in stairwells, elevator non operational for 2 months, loud noise from neighbors, leak in the bathroom ceiling twice from neighbors above my apt, and lack of parking space.

These apartments are located at a beautiful place, in a peaceful environment. Customer service is excellent. Leasing staff is extremely resourceful. Maintenance orders are completed in a timely fashion. Move in process was fast and perfect.

Very nasty tenets trash always on the ground inside and out, rent very high for the quality of the place. Parking lots always trashy. Trash bags in the hall, not what it could be with a little more rules etc.

Feels safe with great neighbors and comfortable to live. Very efficient with work orders and having quality repairs done. Online portal is easy to use and was a great tool even before the pandemic..

Not happy at all, the apartment has mouse. We have used every measure to get rid of this issue but it is still there, the mouse lives in our boiler room and we have placed traps there but no luck. Cant want to move out

The facility is located in a convenient area, surrounding of commercial locals, shopping center, bank agency, health center, etc. It's very pleasant for me. The protection in parking lots and all facility with surveillance cameras.

Lindy apartment is a lovely place to dwell before you get your own house,it has a good edify and security alerts to communicate with you if there is emergency and the STAFFS has listen ear Nice place . God bless LINDY COMMUNITY

Horrible! Maintenance request are slow. CRAZY roach issue. Elevator was broken for 1.5 mos office never notified resident and every stair well is fithy bags trash and garbage bags all the way down. Office staff is less than helpful.

The move-in process was good. Wish there were carts/bigger elevator to help with the move in. Other then that everything was spectacular. Office staff was on time and on point. I would definitely refer others to this and other Lindy properties.

When I moved in to 7400 Roosevelt Blvd Apartments in January of 2019, I was quite satisfied with the overall look of the apartment. The size of the apartment fits nicely with what my husband and I need.

I really liked until the mice comes. And don't like the clean from the laundry and my hallway and the elevator is very dirty.I asked about change the carpet because the mice, but they say is impossible.

The maintenance is poor. The professionalism is poor On both the maintenance and receptionists Wouldn't recommend it Only pros to these apartments are that they are in close proximity to almost every store youll need. The outside maintenance is way better than the inside
